Love Tag : a tag finally!!

11

After running away from all taggers, finally I thought of doing one myself. I didn’t want to disappoint Nikhil (Already God’s Yo-Yo) and I can’t even dream of refusing Sakhi if she asks me to do something!!!!

Anyway, I am doing this tag (and copying photo from Scorpria‘s post) πŸ˜€

RULE #1 People who have been tagged must write their answers on their blogs and replace any question that they dislike with a new question formulated by themselves.

RULE #2 Tag 6 people to do this quiz and they cannot refuse. These people must state who they were tagged by, cannot tag the person whom they were tagged by, and must continue this game by sending it to other people.

  1. If your lover betrayed you, what will your reaction be?
Run for your life, you betrayer. Because You Don’t Mess With Suda!!!!
  2. If you can have a dream to come true, what would it be?
My dream would come true the day someone creates clone of the only chik in my office. She is so beautiful that chik word is not suitable for her. But still she is a chik πŸ˜€
  3. Whose butt would you like to kick?
There are (were) few people in my life who deserve not only kicking their butts but also me sitting on them D !!!!!!!
  4. What would you do if you are being asked for a date by best looking girl in office?
I will tell her that I don’t want to go on date, I already have you-know-who and I am missing her!!!! 😦
  5. Will you fall in love with your best friend?
    Ohh, Not again!!!!Β  D
  6. Which is more blessed, loving someone or being loved by someone?
    Both.
  7. How long do you intend to continue if you are allowed to kick some people’s butts?
Untilthey don’t need a chair to sit!!!
  8. If the person you secretly like is already attached, what would you do?
Tick off her name on list and circle the next name!!! D
  9. What do you think the importance of *acting* in Love and Relationships?
If you know how to act, you are blessed. Sometimes we need to act to hide our feelings and sometimes to un-hide another persons feelings.
  10. What takes you down the fastest?
Newton’s laws of Gravity (or something like that).
  11. What would you see if you are surrounded (on beach) by girls (in bik…) ?
    Escape butt (button)!!! πŸ˜›
  12. What’s your fear?
    Blankness!!!
  13. What kind of person do you think the person who tagged you is?
    no comments!!!!
  14. Would you rather be single and rich or married but poor?
I don’t fancy lot of money if I have love and daily bread n butter πŸ™‚
  15. What’s the first thing you do when you wake up?
KickΒ  my room partner (Apache wala) and say, “Wake up #$%#%$#%”Β  πŸ˜€
  16. Would you give all in a relationship?
    I have a choice?Β  :O
  17. If you fall in love with two people simultaneously, who would you pick?
    The other one D
  18. Would you forgive and forget, no matter how horrible a thing that special someone has done?
Yes! I am blessed with a bad memory. People can vouch for that! (copied from scorpria but true nonetheless)
  19. If you get to go back in time and fall in love all over again, would it still be with the same person?
I don’t want to go back in time!!!!! Really I don’t!!!
  20. List 6 people to tag:
I am breaking this rule and tagging everyone who haven’t done this tag!!!
    8)

P.S> I am not sure how long I will be able to be on WP in coming days (situation in IT is critical, at least in few companies) So don’t mind if I am not commenting on your posts, its not laziness but something else.

Meaning of Love

A Nice Article about Love
By Swami Vivekananda

I once had a friend who grew to be very close to me. Once when we were
sitting at the edge of a swimming pool, she filled the palm of her hand with
some water and held it before me, and said this:

“You see this water carefully contained on my hand? It symbolizes Love.”
This was how I saw it: As long as you keep your hand caringly open and allow
it to remain there, it will always be there. However, if you attempt to
close your fingers round it and try to posses it, it will spill through the
first cracks it finds.

This is the greatest mistake that people do when they meet love…they try
to posses it, they Β demand, they expect… and just like the water spilling
out of your hand, love will retrieve from you .

For love is meant to be free, you cannot change its nature. If there are
people you love, allow them to be free beings.

Give and don’t expect.
Advise, but don’t order.
Ask, but never demand.

It might sound simple, but it is a lesson that may take a lifetime to truly
practice. It is the secret to true love. To truly practice it, you must
sincerely feel no expectations from those who you love, and yet an
unconditional caring.”

Disclaimer: I got this as an e-mail forward. So credits to whoever collected this.

for you Sakhi, a thousand times over!!

18

Reema asked me if I am so great fan of Mahak or Mehak (whatever she likes), and I said yes.

But this post is not on Mehak, its is for someone who we all love. And someone who is known as best storyteller on WordPress. Yesss. She is our beloved Sakhi.

Well, why no mention of her in previous post then?
Hmmm!!! Good question!!!

Actually Sakhi, Reema and Nikhil are the only ones who have contacted me in real life and we have each others mobile numbers. Nikhil has called me once. πŸ˜€
So Sakhi and Reema and also Nikhil were reserved for a separate post which I was planning to write few days later. But in the mean time, my dear Sakhi *rusva ho gayi*.

So what I am going to do now???

for you Sakhi, a thousand times over!!

(and I suggest Sakhi to ask someone who has read “The Kite Runner” what above line means)

Sakhi is a doctor by profession. Not a needle poking one, she do something different, let it be, its not important. Important is that she is a doctor and all doctors are sweet. Their profession is not good for little grumpy sort of people. Who will go to a doctor who grunts and laughs like Lankapati Ravan on feeble jokes?

Well, point is, she is a doctor. So what?

So nothing, I just told you she is a doctor πŸ™‚

And most important, she is a good adviser. Be it medical advice or personal. I can say this because she helped me in taking a very important decision in my life. She knew the right thing to say when I told her about my condition. I am talking about the bad time patch I mentioned in previous blog post.

Talking about blogs, she has two πŸ˜€

One is her popular Laghukatha (Short Stories) blog. Recently Reeeema awarded her as Best Storyteller of WordPress Award. Her stories carry some message hidden in them. I don’t understand sometimes the need for *hiding* the messages, but ok, she is a writer, not philosopher. So her stories are good enough for even a dumb person to understand the message in it. You see, most of the younger girls even understand the deepper message hidden in her matured stories. πŸ˜€ (Please don’t call me sexist, this is simply joke)

Her second blog shows her unique antique ability. The Crafty Village blog shows different little *things* crafted by her own hands. I like the uniqueness of them. Being a doctor and having fondness and finding required time for making hand crafted work is really appreciating. Though her Crafty Village goes unnoticed most of the times.

Now, one can think that I am doing this for impressing a pretty girl etc etc….. then you are RIGHT. Yes, I am doing this post for impressing the pretty girl, even she is married 😦 and she is much older than me…. I am doing this for her.

One more thing, when I first came across Sakhi, I was sure she is a little college girl of my age who is so talkative and chulbuly….. I really pictured her as a young lady.
For example, I always thought Nita to be a matured woman and Nikhil to be little older than me and I was right about them. But not about Sakhi.

Sakhi shows her wisdom only when its very much needed, otherwise she acts just as simply as possible. Something like Lord Hanuman gaining power only when its needed. πŸ˜€

Ok my fingers are protesting now, seems like my keyboard needs some cleaning.

I will say it again before its EOP (End Of Post) or EOW,

for you Sakhi, a thousand times over!!

Confessions and blah blah blah of a lazy blogger

29

First of all, I will liek to….I mean laek to….like to thank Reema for giving me award of Most Friendly Blogger…I am gonna write a post on her if she keeps charming me like this……(girls plz note down my number 099…….)

I give her award of Miss Most Innovative and Effective Blogger

Now some confessions I want to make:

1. I…I….ohh wait, let me give a prologue first. From many days, after joining this sweet little blog world, I found a new quality in me. Or I would rather say, people here found me noticeable and adorable. And I was glad, after many years of facing jealous friends, ignorant friends, always dominating friends etc etc, I was glad that I have found a world where no one will be involved much personally but will know things about you which you always wanted to be known to world.
Hmmm, seems like I am dozing off and writing this serious stuff. So back to confessions…

1. First blog in the world I read was Time and Again, the blog of Ruhi. I came to know what a blog is like after reading her blog. Like many others, I became her fan and even after nearly 1.5 years when I got job and started using net daily, I just remembered one url, http://havetoremember.wordpress.com I would very much like to tell Ruhi that her reason behind choosing a url like this was perfect. See it gave blogosphere a blogger like me. May be I would have found this world anyway, but I am not sure if I could have been able to find right track and right people around me.
Well, this don’t sound like confession…..OK now I have given the title already, let it be.

2. Second confession: When I first read name Ish in comments on Ruhi‘s blog, I thought he was a good OLD chap with a Dead End πŸ˜€ (I even thought Ruhi as good old lady from USA who likes to read books until she mentioned her age in one post :P)
So this dead end man was the second blogger I always read. After few days, somehow I found that many of commenters were also bloggers and my reading area broadened.

3. Now lets just jump to my blogging, and some more confessions. I started blogging (seriously) in January. Starting with too much dhakdhak in heart, I succeeded in getting some good readers who always supported me. But the problems started arising after few days. After few days, my laziness started overtaking me slowly. Steadily I became lazier and lazier. I honestly kept reading posts written by fellow bloggers but my brain stopped helping me much in commenting. At times, I just felt like writing good post and nothing else, while people left good comments everywhere. I started feeling bad for myself. I hated it when I forgot to visit somebody’s blog even after he/she commented and blogrolled my blog.

4. And then come a bad period for me. I was totally irritated and somewhat sad for this period. And the only blog I was consistently reading was Nikhils. He always made me laugh and I read all of your comments there. Many times I just fondly kept looking at all your names and felt happy that many people in this long list know me. But being a good actor, I covered this patch with some posts and I don’t think one can make out from my blog which period it was.

5. Confusion is the word which makes up most part of my life. I keep confusing people about many many things(and enjoy when I confuse a pretty girl) and in return, life keeps confusing me at very very important parts. I am still confused about few very important things I never told any living person (and don’t intend to tell anyone). I can write a bestseller book on confusions.

6. I was in a great shock when I heard Mahak has a husband……. I kept my face sad all day :p and used feviquick for joining pieces of my heart…..also got a kick from my best friend when I told her this (She said,” you already have a GF dumbo”) and two kicks and three punches from my you-know-who when I reached to this broken-heart part. But one thing I am going to say which her hubby will also agree with……she is really beautiful πŸ™‚
Now if any other girl wants to prove me wrong, please mail their photos to my email. πŸ˜€ Or you can send them to Nikhil, Ish, Amit etc etc, hum sab mile huye hai!! Don’t send to Anshul, or he will get few more new *faces* for his cartoon characters.

7. Nita, yeah, everyone knows her as a great journalist writer. But in the hope you don’t hit me when we meet, I must tell you, sometime you write on bore topics πŸ˜€ I mean topics are good but on very few occasions they are bore ones. Don’t ask examples please, I am wont tell you anyway. And don’t write a post for this please πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€ I know you are laughing now.

8. Now a days, I miss Miss πŸ˜› Ruhi here. She once came back from hibernation but went back again. This feels like something crucial and sweet is missing from our blogging world. I wish she starts blogging again and I also wish she comes back to India πŸ˜€ and lives where she likes.

9.
Crapbook is a good name. I like the the attitude. The name shows reader that the content can be crap and you are warned at one glance. But its no crap really. Well his nickname is little difficult nd my brother asked me if he is alien or something. πŸ˜€

10. Nikhil!!!! (I think this much is enough about him.)

hey I was writing confessions or something like that. Then what is this?

11.
Shefaly!!! :O What should I write about her? Reema already did and she wrote a post about it. Now what she will do? I don’t know. As far as I remember. She never commented on my blog till date. I think I need to improve my English or something for that honor.
One of my friend uses her blog for finding big old difficult words to impress in presentations. I use her content in discussions with competent people (also I keep one dictionary handy while reading her)

12.
Ohh this is becoming *about friends* instead of confessions. What I wanted to say in start? Well its just that I feel sorry for my irregular commenting. And I really want to improve. May be I will take advice from my elder bro and try keeping a reminder pad.

13.
Nita, you didn’t tell me one thing. You are from same state as I am. And you know we don’t call elder people by their names here. (well no one calls in whole India I guess). Then what I will call you when I will finally meet you somewhere? (You are nearly as old as my mother and I will never dare to call you Nita face to face). Not compulsory, answer privately if you want to πŸ˜€

14. OK I don’t think many people will even reach here while reading, so for them who really read everything I wrote, Cheers and love. Just keep in mind that *now Suda is changing himself* by saying goodbye to laziness of-course.

Cheers again

Equation for life => “Life = Love Β± Logic” (Also Celebrating 10,000 hits)

18

Life Love and Logic recently crossed 10,000 hits. Cheers πŸ˜€ I am very glad I hit his milestone!!!

Looking back in to archives, I found very few posts which are good enough to be called memorable. But I always intended this blog to be personal and not dedicated to some special cause.
Why I used this name? Honest answer is “I don’t know myself”. When I thought of this name, it just fitted in my “philosophical” nature and as usual I never looked back once I decided to use this name. The name “Life, Love and Logic” contains three important things for a human being.
If you ask me, love and logic are most important things to form and lead good life.

But I don’t think anyone can form a fixed equation for deriving life.

Logic is way of thinking about things. It is common sense, ability to conclude things, ability to calculate things, ability to take decisions depending on the situations (e.g. deciding dodge in time when someone throws a stone towards your head!!! πŸ˜€ ) and many things. Defining Logic is as simple as the process of using logic itself.

Love? Do I need to define it? Love is love and its the second best feeling(or relation or whatever you call it) in Life.

I have derived an equation for Life, and its

Life = Love Β± Logic

Why its not simply Love + Logic or Love – Logic?

Let me make myself clear. Lets take an example.
Consider a situation where there is thief armed with Rampuri Knife in one hand and he is trying to rob your best friend. (I assume you love your best friend).

So, we have,
* You love your friend
* Your friend is in danger
*You are the one who can save him if you try
* Thief is dangerous and armed, so he can harm you easily

And now, Logic says
* Rampuri Knifes very harmful!! (If you see Hindi movies then you must have heard about it)
* You have your job, family, life, career at stake if you try to save him.
* There is no need to act as hero, mummy always taught you to keep yourself out of trouble and safe.
*Blah Blah Blah……

But Love says only one thing,
* Go to hell with your Logic, it time to act NOW. Go and throw that thief out of the window!!!!

So we can derive,

Life (of your friend) equals to (your) Love(for him/her) minus (your damn) Logic

But there can be other situations too.
Most common situation is , you have got an opportunity to go abroad for an important work which can give your career a (much needed) boost. But your girlfriend is not happy about leaving you and living without you for so many days. Ok, consider fiancΓ©e instead of girlfriend for convenience.

So Love says,
* Don’t you dare to leave her alone, how she will live without you.
* You will be getting married in few days and still you are obsessed with your damn job?
* Flying abroad onsite is not important than her.
* Blah Blah Blah……

And here Logic says,
* Some things need to be done on time, if you go on-site now, your career-horse will be miles ahead of it would be without going there.
* If she loves you then she can understand the importance of this opportunity in your life.
* Afterall whatever progress you will make, it will help both of you in future.
* More Blah Blah real facts…..

Here is the newly derived equation

Life (of you both) equals to (her) Love(and patience for you) plus (your damn) Logic (if you are competent enough to use it)

So finally we end up conflicting our own conclusions. And this leads to simple more convincing derivation for Life and that is

Life equals to Love plus/minus Logic (still its damn, I agree)

Well this is how I see Life. There are many perspectives of life. And please note that this is one of the many ways to percieve life. Sometimes solutions to many difficult and complex problems lie in simple Logic and common sense. And sometimes you never understand what went wrong with things.

So I will end this post with my usual slogan
Life is not as simple as it seems……

Different things : Two Journeys

15

After a long time, here I am again with my usual “Different Things”. This time, I have two little things. Two journeys.

A little intro for my journeys:
On every other weekend, I travel 3-4 hours to get back to my “Home-Place” and away from “Work-Place”. Two weeks ago, on Friday, I was about to leave office at 6.00 PM and was trying to formulate a plan how to spend the weekend alone. It seemed a very harsh concept of being all alone for a weekend so I called Dad to ask his opinion. Half an hour later, I was seated in a bus which was about to leave for my home. πŸ™‚
On next Friday, I was again on same bus, on same seat, with same water bottle, with same headphone in my ears with same set of songs in mobile. I have used all stock of clothes over two weeks and needed them to be washed. So decided that it was time to go home. πŸ˜›

[Just a note: All conversations mentioned below were originally in Marathi and are translated as well as shortened to include only essential part. You may find them very short but actually each of them was with me for an hour at least]

Journey Back Home: Two Weeks ago

So on my first trip in this month, I found myself a window seat (two seater). A guy of age around 25-27 came and sat beside me. As I don’t have control over public transport and the guy was thin person, I didn’t object.
Things would have gone normally and I could have listened all 89 songs in my list till I reach home, but no. The guy started talking with me without any introduction. First he pointed at my mobile and asked me the model number. Then he changed subject abruptly to his problem (may be because he thought he disturbed me while talking on phone few minutes before). Lets hear it in his words:
Guy: Sorry for bothering you for noting down the number.
Me: Ohh its alright.
Guy: Where are you going?
Me: (murmur the name of place)
Guy; Oh good, I will get down 30 Km before you.
Me: Oh thats great! (The guy obviously missed sarcasm)
Guy: (Continuing little embarrassment) I was talking with some guy who was trying to catch me for something.
Me: Aiiii? (In mind: WTH Did I ask?)
Guy: ….. we face problems like these when we try to go against parents and family…..
Me: Seems like love story to me πŸ˜›
Guy: Yeah. No one is in favor of me when I decided to marry that girl. Every member in her and my family is against us.
Me: ……..
Guy: So this guy was trying to make my life more hell like its not enough already.
Me: Hmmm, but keep your head cool man. I see you are very impatient.
Guy: (Completely impressed by my words) You have experience of facing these conditions?
Me: No, but I can see how you are!!
Guy: yeah, the main problem is cast. My family and her family don’t want an inter-cast marriage!!
Me: Why? I mean what casts you are talking about?
Guy: Well, she is higher cast- Maratha, I mean Open, and I am ____. So they are not approved of me.
Me: (My sympathy evaporate in a second) Well I am also Maratha and I will feel same if it happens in my family, but ok if you are able to earn your bread-butter.
Guy: ??????
Me: I mean you have a job, don’t you?
Guy: ummm, errr, aaaaa, well not exactly, I just earn ____ Rupees per month.
Me: (Completely angry from inside) Ohh then you should try finding a job which will provide enough money to feed your family. It not just going and living with wife.
Guy: umm, err, yeah I will try your advice……..

The conversation ceased as it suddenly as it started. I was angry not only because the guy was trying to get a girl from my caste, but also because he was just another moron who didn’t even deserved a hag. He has never thought of future and about how will he feed his wife. He was just one of the guys I hate who go and impress girls and dumb girls fall for pray and make their rest of life a mess. There are so many examples I have witnessed of this kind. And there is not a single one which was a success.
And for them who care: I am an orthodox person to some extent. At least about casts!!!

Journey Back Home: last week

Next week, I was sitting on same seat and a man in his late 30’s sat with me. He was formal and also started with asking me about my mobile. He told his surname as Pawar. He was curious about what I do and how much I am educated. After some time, I asked him about his life (just in return to his questions). He thought for a minute before answering, but when he answered, I got an impression that he was straining himself not to say something odd.
And without any reference, he asked me if I am married. I told him I am just 22 and don’t intend to marry so early. But this raised my curiosity and I asked the reason.
He said with a sigh, “Man, find a decent girl yourself or atleast marry a girl who you know already!”. I replied,” Yeah thats what people do, isn’t it?”.
Mr. Pawar suddenly let the thing he refrained so long out. He said,” No boy, its not the case. We have very less girls in our caste which will fit with you”.
Me: “So?”
Pawar: “So? I suggest you find a girl yourself instead of believing in arrange marriage, listen to me, my example will help you understand”
He continued, ” I married very late because I didn’t like any girl I was shown by parents. At last I liked a girl who was very very beautiful. I was blinded by her beauty and made decision hurriedly. But after marriage, I found out that she had a ego like no one I saw before. She didn’t even let me touch her at first. So I made a oath that I will not even llok at her until she comes and ask me herself.”
Pawar took a pause looking at my face. I was dumbfounded by hearing his words. He continued,” Now I have a little daughter who is far more beautiful than her mother.”
“But is your wife still like that?”, I asked curiously.
Pawar sighed,” Well she has improved herself a little but her ego is still there.”
“So why I am telling you that? because I found you a good boy and thought of warning you of one of the possibilities that can happen in life.”
The bus came to halt as we passed through a village on way. He said good-bye and left. And I resumed my song list with my mind full of thoughts.

Epilogue:

I met two different kind of persons on tow journeys. First one was an excellent example of careless youth who thought just getting a girl is love and life. Whereas second one Mr. Pawar was a person who spent his youth in working and doing a job for his family because of which he married late. Life played its part as weirdly as it always does. Always unpredictable! First one got a girl who is ready to marry him without thinking where second responsible person gets a beautiful wife who have her upper part(head) empty.
Finally, I can say, ” Life is not as simple as it seems”.

P.S> I am posting this while preparing for my next journey to home. So don’t hesitate to point out any mistakes.

Priceless words

PRICELESS WORDS

A husband wakes up at home with a huge hangover.
He forces himself to open his eyes, and the first thing he sees
is a couple of aspirins and a glass of water on the side table.
He sits down and sees his clothing in front of him, all clean and
pressed. He looks around the room and sees that
it is in perfect order, spotless, clean. So is the rest of the house.
He takes the aspirins and notices a note on the table.
“Honey, breakfast is on the table, I left early to go grocery shopping.
DrunkLove You!”

Totally shocked with the note , he goes to the kitchen and
sure enough there is a hot breakfast and the morning newspaper.
His son is also at the table, eating. He asks, “Son, what happened last night?”
His son says, “Well, you came home around 3 AM, drunk and delirious.
Broke some crockery, puked in the hall, and gave yourself a black eye
when you stumbled into the door”. Confused, the man asks,
“So, why is everything in order and so clean, and
breakfast is on the table waiting for me?
I should expect a big quarrel with her!”
His son replies, “Oh, that! Mom dragged you to the bedroom,
and when she tried to take your clothes n shoes off,
you said,

“LADY LEAVE ME ALONE! I’M MARRIED!”

Moral
Self-induced hangover – $ 400.00
Broken crockery – $ 800.00
Breakfast – $ 10.00
Saying the Right Thing While Drunk – “PRICELESS “

There are truly some things that both money and Mastercard can’t buy
